What are the delivery charges and is there a minimum order spend?
We offer delivery across Auckland at 50c per km. Please note that while pickup is always preferred, delivery orders require a minimum order spend of $80.

How quickly will my plant delivery arrive?
Deliveries are normally completed within two days of ordering, unless we agree on a specific alternative date and time that suits your schedule better.

Do I need to be home when my delivery arrives?
Yes, we prefer customers to be home to receive their plants in person. This ensures your plants are checked immediately and brought indoors or into safe shade straight away.

What is your return policy if I am not happy with my plant?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to bring the plant back to us for a full refund. Please note that we do not arrange pickups for return items.

How does free pickup work and do I need to book?
Pickup is completely free. We prefer you to book a pickup time slot in advance, but walk-ins can also be welcomed by prior arrangement to ensure your plants are prepared and ready.

How do you pack and protect plants during transport?
We hand-deliver every order in our own personal vehicle. Delicate indoor plants are kept secure in sturdy boxes, and all plants are positioned carefully according to their size and fragile needs.

Can I arrange delivery for large outdoor hedge plants and trees?
Yes, we handle both delicate indoor species and outdoor hedge plants or fruiting trees, packing them securely so they arrive healthy and undamaged.
